RefreshRank

Documentation

Everything you need to go from install to your first approved refresh - usually about five minutes plus one sync.

RefreshRank has two halves: a lightweight WordPress plugin that lives in your wp-admin, and the RefreshRank service, which talks to Google Search Console, computes decay scores, and runs the AI rewrites on our own servers. Your WordPress site never stores Google tokens and never talks to a third-party AI provider.

How RefreshRank thinks about your content

Every page on your site gets up to 16 months of Search Console history, grouped into 28-day windows. The decay score compares your most recent window against the three before it - falling clicks, falling click-through rate, and slipping average position all raise the score. The win-back estimate ("Potential") sizes how much traffic a refresh could plausibly recover, which is what the queue is sorted by: fix the most valuable problems first.

RefreshRank never publishes anything on its own. Every AI proposal is a side-by-side diff you approve or reject, and every approved change is saved as a standard WordPress revision.
