Section 4 · Plans & limits

One license key covers all your sites, up to your plan's limit. Current plan and usage are always visible in Settings → Step 1.

4.1What each plan includes

Decay detection, the full ranked queue, and daily syncing are included on every plan - the free plan is not a trial. See pricing for current prices.

4.2Adding more sites to one account

Install the plugin on the next site, choose "Already have a license key?" in Step 1, and paste the same key. Each site connects its own Search Console property and gets its own queue. The rewrite quota is shared across the account.

4.3Redeeming a promo code

In Settings → Upgrade, enter your code and click Redeem. Two cases:

• You already have an account on this site (e.g. you clicked Start free): the code upgrades that account in place. Redeeming a higher-tier code always raises you to the higher tier; your sites and history stay put.
• Fresh site, no account yet: redeeming creates the account at the code's tier and binds this site to it automatically.

Codes are single-use. Redeeming an already-used or unknown code shows an error and changes nothing.

4.4White-label client reports (Agency)

On the Agency plan, Settings → Client reports lets you set a brand name, an optional logo URL, and an accent color, then generate a shareable report for the current site: pages analyzed, pages losing traffic, refreshes applied, and the top win-back opportunities with their search queries. The report carries your branding only - RefreshRank is not mentioned anywhere on it. Each link stays live for 30 days and needs no login, so you can send it straight to a client. Branding is saved on your account and reused across all your sites.

4.5Quotas and rate limits

• Rewrite quotas reset on the 1st of each month. Exceeding the quota returns a clear "plan limit" message - existing queues and syncs keep working.
• A burst guard limits rewrite requests to 10 per 10 minutes per license.
• Manual Sync now runs at most once per hour per site; the automatic daily sync is not affected.
• Rewrite requests send at most 30KB of post content.

4.6Replacing or moving a key

Step 1 always shows your current key (masked) with a Replace key button - paste a different key to move this site to another account. Uninstalling the plugin removes its settings from WordPress; to delete your server-side account and data, email hello@refreshrank.com (see the privacy policy).
